Our Attorneys
Joanne Claudette Guy earned an Associates degree in Business from
Dawson College in Montreal, Canada. Also graduated from McGill University in
Montreal, Canada in 1989 where she earned a B.A. Degree in Economics with
Honors. In 1993, Ms. Guy earned a Juris Doctor Degree at St. Thomas University
School of Law where she also did extensive work in Immigration Clinic in the
areas of Political Asylum. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994. Every
Spring and Fall conducts Immigration Workshops at various South Florida
Universities. Also a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association
(ALIA) Over 16 years in immigration and family law practice.
Craig Elliott Scott graduated from Virgina Commonwealth University
in Richmond, Virginia in 1989 where he earned a B.S. Degree in Business
Administration and Management with Magna Cum Laude Honors. In 1994,
Mr. Scott earned a Juris Doctor Degree with Honors from St. Thomas
University School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in the same
year. Over 16 years in immigration and family law practice.
Neivys Sossa, Legal Secretary/Office Manager since 1999.
Translator and Notary public. She has over ten years experience in the
area of immigration law . Bilingual in English and Spanish.
